Dini Geya: Investment professional Dini joined Mezzanine Partners in June 2006 from Brait Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Brait in October 2004, he worked for Eskom Holdings Limited where he was employed in the management accounting department. Dini completed his articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Consumer and Industrial Products division. He is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Cape Town where he received a B.Com and a post graduate diploma in accounting. |

Walter Hirzebruch: Chief Operating Officer Walter is the Chief Operating Officer of Mezzanine Partners and a member of Mezzanine Partner’s investment committee. Prior to joining Mezzanine Partners he was a director of Brait South Africa and Brait Private Equity, with senior responsibility for investments in packaging, consumer and retail products. Prior to joining Brait in 1995, Walter worked for FirstCorp Capital Investors (the predecessor to Ethos Private Equity) doing management and leveraged buyout transactions and managed a portfolio of investee companies. Walter received a B. Com and CTA from the University of Cape Town and qualified as a chartered accountant whilst at KPMG. |

Moeketsi Mokuoane: Investment professional Moeketsi joined Mezzanine Partners in February 2010. Prior to Mezzanine Partners, Moeketsi worked as an investment analyst at Brait Private Equity. Before joining Brait Private Equity in May 2007, Moeketsi completed his articles at Standard Bank Group, where he worked in the following divisions, Project Finance, Group Tax, Asset Liability Management and Group Finance. Moeketsi is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Potchefstroom University and Rand Afrikaans University where he obtained a B.Com (Acc) (Cum Laude) and B.Com Honours (Accounting) respectively. Moeketsi is a student member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in London. |

Phillip Myburgh: Chief Executive Officer Phillip is the CEO of Mezzanine Partners and a member of Mezzanine Partner’s investment committee. Prior to founding Mezzanine Partners he was a director of Brait Private Equity, with primary responsibility for leveraged finance. Prior to joining Brait in 2000, Phillip filled senior and executive management positions in the Special Projects and Structured Finance Divisions of Standard Merchant Bank, Rand Merchant Bank and African Merchant Bank. Phillip received an MPA from Harvard University, where he was an Edward S. Mason Fellow, and a BA LLB from the University of Stellenbosch. He has an H Dip Tax from the University of Johannesburg and has been admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. |
